How quickly can you respond when a rooftop unit fails? Same-day in most cases within Pierce County, and we prioritize businesses that can’t operate without heat or cooling — restaurants, medical offices, and server rooms first.

Do you offer maintenance contracts? Yes, quarterly, semi-annual, or monthly depending on filter load and equipment count. Restaurants with grease-laden exhaust typically need quarterly at minimum. Every visit comes with a written report.

Can you replace a rooftop unit without shutting my business down? Usually, yes. We schedule the crane lift early morning, before opening or on a weekend, and stage the new curb adapter in advance so the changeout is a single-day swap.

Is VRF worth it for a small building? Often, yes — especially for offices with wildly different zone loads (a sunny conference room versus an interior server closet). VRF costs more up front but eliminates the overcooling and reheating that drives commercial energy bills.

Do you handle permits and commercial code requirements? Yes. We pull mechanical permits, meet outside-air ventilation requirements under the Washington State Energy Code, and coordinate inspections with the City of Tacoma or Pierce County.
