Nate and his crew are absolute top. He installed a ducted HVAC system in my house. Took the time to answer all my questions and gave clear and concise answers. He never once tried to upsell. Although the scope of the work was smaller, it presented some challenges but Nate and crew got it figured. GreenFlow should be the first you call for anything HVAC related.

Nathan and Michael are one of a kind. They got the job done very quickly going over and beyond the call of duty. Removing two 275 gallon oil tanks and my old oil furnace as part of their bid, those tanks was not easy. super clean, great communication, very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them. We could not be happier with the Mitsubishi electric heating and air conditioner.

Nathan solved an AC problem with my daylight rambler; if I was comfortable on the main floor, the lower level was frigid. He suggested a mini split for the downstairs, and now all of us are perfect! Awesome service, great price and the job was done right! I also use him for regular maintenance, would not go anywhere else!

Our furnace was working fine. We figured we needed an inspection to be safe. The technician showed us, much to our surprise, how a neglected furnace can become a fire hazard without regular cleaning. He also was able to inspect and clean our AC unit. Both run like a top. His service was well above what we expected, and he has earned a customer for life.
Had a brand new heat pump installed by Nathan and Michael. They did a great job. Showed up on time, kept us updated on progress, kept the mess to a minimum, and explained everything we wanted to know about the new system. We didn’t have to wait long to get on their schedule either, which was great with the heat. All the work looks great! Will totally use Greenflow again and recommend to anyone

GreenFlow set up a schedule, kept to the schedule, kept us up to date, installed all equipment (heat pump, furnace, and air purifier) tested to make sure operational, provided contact information in case we needed anything, and made sure we knew how to operate the new system to include the app down load and set up. All on schedule (zero delays). We are completely confident that if any issue arises (don’t expect any) that GreenFlow will be there behind us helping us thru it. Professionals all the way!

Nate was the only HVAC company willing to come and work on our residential kitchen exhaust hood which needed to have a piece custom created in order to connect properly. The ”big" HVAC companies we contacted said they either don’t do custom work like that OR they only will work on commercial sized projects. Nate was timely, professional, and skilled. He did a great job and we can finally use our kitchen vent downdraft again. Highly recommended!

We recently had Greenflow do what was supposed to be a simple maintenance on our furnace. But because we hadn’t done one in quite a while, the neglect showed. Nathan took his time, and painstakingly took everything apart, cleaned years of dust, pet hair, you name it, and made it as good as he could for a 19 year old furnace. Needless to say this took hours, in a cramped space but never once did he complain, he just kept his usual professional routine about him. I couldn’t have been more grateful for the time he spent. We also had him do our office and when it’s time for a new furnace, he’ll be the first call I make. Thank you Greenflow!

Let me tell you all something. It took me a while to finally find a trustworthy and honest hvac repair company. Nathan was respectful to the property and very professional! We talked for a while before we scheduled him to come out and do the repairs to our mini split. The level of care he took and explaining all that was involved with the repair was dope because it told me he had nothing to hide. If you’re need repairs to your mini split/hvac, stop wasting your time and call my boy Nathan! I promise he will get you together!

Nathan and GreenFlow are the GOAT. We were renovating our home and I met with countless HVAC installers. Only Nathan was genuinely excited to creatively problem solve for the challenges our house presented. We didn’t get some cookie cutter system. He worked with me and our HVAC designer to put together a super efficient, custom system (heat pump, air handler, full ductwork, and HRV+ductwork) that was exquisitely installed in our cramped attic. Our inspector said it was one of the nicest residential installs he had seen. Which makes sense… Nathan comes from the world of commercial HVAC which has much higher standards than residential.
All of this to say that his work is top notch, his pricing is fair, and probably most importantly, he really cares about getting it right. Five stars from Olympia!

Beyond satisfied, period! I got multiple quotes from other companies and had a funny feeling after dealing with the sales folks. The reality is that these HVAC salesman were no different than car salesman hustling folks and trying to get the job. The reality is that most of these sales guys can’t even change a furnace air filter let alone install what they are trying to sell you.
Mr. Joslin came to my house on time, was very respectful, honest and upfront with me. I respect that! He gave me a couple of options, all of which were better and more affordable than every other company. He was able to explain how everything worked leaving me feeling confident that I was making the right decision because hey, at the end of the day he’s the guy selling and installing and knows what he’s talking about.
I couldn’t be more pleased with his professionalism, honestly and integrity I appreciate you Nathan! I have since personally referred him to 5 family friends and 2 coworkers, all of which felt the same way. There is a reason for that and you don’t come across people like him much anymore. I truly believe he’s bringing honesty, professionalism and fair pricing back to the inflated (money grab) world we live in today.
- He installed a gas line from my gas meter (installed by PSE) to my range. I passed inspection the first time and it’s worked perfectly since.
- He also installed a high efficiency HVAC system with air conditioning in my house which resulted in more comfort overall and a reduced PSE bill. WIN!

Nathan came out to do a full assessment of our project the same day I called, and after one conversation I knew GreenFlow was the shop I wanted to work with. Nathan gave attention to every detail in the install of our new Mitsubishi heat pump and air handler, from re strapping ductwork for optimal airflow to post install balancing, complete with a detailed report of air volume at every register and return. Integrating the existing fresh air intake on our 22 year old system involved a custom solution that Nathan integrated seamlessly. He took the time to test and demo everything for us and answer every question. He even followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was working perfectly. We ended up with a broader scope of work done and a better understanding of how our system works at a better price than other shops quoted.
Nathan, at Green Flow, came to our rescue after a previous repair company dropped the ball. Our vent hood was damaged when debris from a new roof installation fell into it. Nathan gave us a fair quote for installing the new one, arrived on time, protected the countertops and floor where he was working, and efficiently installed the new hood. Great service and quality work! I highly recommend Green Flow for any HVAC jobs!

My air conditioner had been making awful noises and then quit working all together. I called Greenflow Heating & Cooling. they responded right away and sent Nathan Joslin to my house. I was surprised how quickly he arrived. He began by asking a few questions about how the air conditioner was working. I told him about noises and how and when it stopped working. He didn’t waste any time, but got right down to business testing various things. He identified the problem right away and had the parts with him to fix it. The price he charged was very reasonable and much less than I feared it would be. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Mr Joslin to do repair work for me any time and highly recommend him and Greenflow Heating & Cooling.

Nate did a great job with our heat pump installation. My installation was challenging and required multiple trips with some unexpected surprises (none of which was his fault). Besides the great unit and professional installation, what stood out is he really how he handled each issue really well as they came up. Unplanned surprises are frustrating for everyone, but he was professional and transparent with me every step along the way, always committed to making sure the job got done correctly, and always followed thru on his word.
He was easy to communicate with and after the job was done he would follow up with me every few months to make sure things were working smoothly. I could really trust that I was in good hands, its hard to find people who put this level of dedication to their work. HVAC installs can be tricky, so it’s important to have a person you can trust who is both skilled and honest. Glad I worked with Nate, can’t recommend him enough!
