Stainless or coated cabinet hardware
Some manufacturers offer stainless steel or coated screws, hinges, and panels for coastal installs. Ask specifically.

Gig Harbor homes range from waterfront at sea level to ridge homes at 400 feet. The differences matter:
Waterfront (0 to 100 feet)
Salt exposure highest. Wind moderated by surrounding topography in the harbor itself but higher on Fox Island or the peninsula’s outer coast. Coastal coating essential.
Mid-elevation (100 to 300 feet)
