Variable refrigerant flow is what we do best. VRF systems use a single outdoor unit connected to multiple indoor units, moving refrigerant on demand to heat some zones while cooling others simultaneously. Done right, they cut commercial HVAC operating costs 30–40% versus older rooftop equipment, run whisper-quiet, and give tenants individual control of their own space.

What makes VRF / VRV worth the investment?

Operating cost. VRF moves only the refrigerant a zone actually needs, and can heat and cool different zones at the same time by recovering heat from cooling zones to warm the heating zones. That typically cuts commercial HVAC operating cost 30–40% versus rooftop packages, plus tenants get individual control and the system runs quietly. Upfront cost is higher, payback is usually 4–7 years.

Do you handle full building HVAC design, or only install?

Both. We design commercial systems from an ACCA Manual N load calc, generate mechanical drawings for permit and install to spec. If you already have a mechanical engineer’s plan we install to that plan and commission it.

What size buildings do you take on?

Up to roughly 20,000+ sqft. Single-tenant offices, retail centers, restaurants, warehouses, medical suites and multi-tenant commercial buildings all fit. Larger campus or true heavy industrial projects are outside our scope — happy to refer.

Can you service existing rooftop units or VRF systems we didn’t install?

Yes. We service every major brand of commercial RTU, split system, VRF and mini-split — including Mitsubishi City Multi, Daikin VRV, LG Multi V, Samsung DVM and Fujitsu Airstage. We diagnose the actual failure, quote before we start and fix it right.

Do you offer preventive maintenance contracts?

Yes — quarterly, bi-annual and annual plans priced per unit. Contracts include documented inspection reports, filter service, coil cleaning, refrigerant charge verification and priority scheduling on emergency calls. Ask about the multi-unit discount.
